I was introduced to Advocare on May 1^st of 2009.  I was skeptical, because I had tried every diet plan out there, and had no success.   At that time, I was a size 18. I had no energy and was at 38% body fat.  I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I was drinking over 44 ounces of soda everyday for energy, but still had none.

I started taking Advocare products, fully expecting them not to work.  I tried my first SPARK and immediately felt a difference in my body.  After a few days, I felt phenomenal.  Today, I am a size 8, and have 18% body fat.  My husband has lost 75 pounds, and we both feel awesome.  We continue to lose weight and have more energy than we did when we were kids.

Advocare has changed our lives, and now it is our passion to help others with their health, both physically and financially.
