My pants were literally falling off me as I had tremendous inch loss, leaner muscles, improved mood, and sleep and lots more energy. I have also noticed my knees are no longer aching when I walk up or down stairs, the swelling is gone around my ankles, my face has thinned out. People at work are teasing me about 'what are you on & where do I get it!!' It's amazing how easy the system is & how you don't feel like you are missing out on anything except the weight."
